Refrigeration units and liquid coolers for ammonia refrigerant

Aggregates

Self-manufactured ammonia aggregates are available in single and dual compressor versions with Bitzer screw compressors. The units include the compressor oil circuit (with 3-stage combined Bitzer oil separator, oil cooler, filters), electric motor and control automation. They are flexible in the sense as they can be used for both the enlargement and modernization of existing ammonia refrigerated cabinets and as part of new systems. Possible applications areas include almost any cooling task at required temperatures of -45 ° C to 20 ° C, as well as heat pump solutions.

The compressor racks are available with variable frequency drives (VFD) and mechanical capacity control.

Chillers

Our self-manufactured ammonia chillers are also based on Bitzer screw compressor technology (single or dual compressor version). Flooded evaporation ensures the most reliable and efficient operation. The units can be used for liquid cooling tasks at outlet temperatures between -15 ° C and 15 ° C or even as heat pumps.

For water-cooled models, the unit includes the entire refrigerant circuit, while models without a condenser can be used in conjunction with either evaporative or air-cooled condensers.
