Service and maintenace

Our company, QPLAN Cooling Technical Design & Services Co. Ltd. seeks to provide full service to its customers, therefore we also provide a full range of service and maintenance for all refrigeration equipment and cooling systems manufactured and implemented by us or from other sources, depending on our capacities, which includes regular maintenance, within a warranty period and post-warranty service and troubleshooting services, even 0-24 hour service hotline, and rapid response service.

Our service and maintenance are carried out by qualified service technicians and service engineers, and their work is assisted by equipped and instrumented service vehicles, with full design office background support throughout Hungary and occasionally abroad, including in the Middle East.

We also provide our services with occasional or fixed rate and mixed fees, depending on the needs of our customers.

Our service and maintenance:

• Refrigeration units, air coolers, condensers, heat exchangers, piping
• Operating hour services, maintenance and repair of compressors and refrigerant pumps
• High and low current parts, switch cabinets and cable network
• Thermal imaging of insulation and electrical components
• Monitoring systems, remote monitoring Danfoss, Dixell, Carel, JCI, Omron, Siemens, etc. refrigeration automations, factory and custom developed, for example operation and remote monitoring of Vision monitoring systems
• Periodic inspection of pressure vessels and carrying out the licensing procedure
• Carrying out mandatory leak detections according to the F-gas Regulation, in accordance with the European Parliament Regulation 517/2014, and fully recording and administering them
• Chemical, dry ice cleaning and descaling of heat exchangers, condensers and cooling towers
• Distribution and supply of refrigerant and spare parts
• Call center, rapid response service available 0-24 hours
• Attendance at official visits, disaster management exercises as required
